  • Join American Legion Post 155!

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness.  It is the nation's largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsoring wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.

The American Legion's success depends entirely on active membership, participation and volunteerism.  The organization belongs to the people it serves and the society in which it thrives.

By joining Post 155 you can make a difference in your town, our county and Long Island in general.   Our Post is committed to working efforts for the betterment of the families, people and veterans in our community.  Your reason to join our Post is in essence to support and assist in our efforts to improve the quality of life for those we care about.
